Mission

The mission of the Minister of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship is to help and protect private entrepreneurship, which exercises activity in the Republic of Albania, as well as to promote inter-institutional cooperation in order to improve public services to entrepreneurship, through the creation of a climate and the supportive environment for entrepreneurship.

The Minister of State for Enterprise Protection fulfills the mission undertaken by examining, following up and handling administrative complaints of private enterprises, including those of strategic and/or foreign investors, against public institutions, which include public institutions of power central, local, public companies as well as their officials.

One of the important tasks of this institution is the processing and proposal of the necessary functional improvements, for the electronic platform of interaction with the enterprise for communication and tracking of their complaints, as well as for the internal communication register for handling complaints , through which it monitors the inter-institutional process.

The Minister of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship promotes transparency and inter-institutional cooperation, for the improvement of public services, as well as assists entrepreneurs in protecting their legal rights related to their entrepreneurial activities, against public institutions; mediates communication and development of business partnership with public institutions; identifies business obstacles in certain sectors of the economy and formulates intervention strategies to reduce administrative barriers.

The commitment of the Minister of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship in monitoring the quantitative and qualitative indicators of international reports related to entrepreneurship, as well as the proposal of institutional/inter-institutional mechanisms in function of international reports related to entrepreneurship, is also fundamental for the fulfillment of his mission.
