Let me first thank you for your presence here as a sign of the creation of a bridge of cooperation and direct contact in the realization of the mission of the Minister of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship.

During these days of assuming the task, I have engaged in conducting a series of direct meetings with some of you and some of the entrepreneurship associations in the country, meetings which will continue equally intensively in the following days with the aim of not only establishing a direct contact but also presenting your problems in relation to the regulatory and procedural framework that you face every day during your activity.

I took on this task, to carry it out with full dedication, with maximum cooperation and support for every legitimate concern of yours, for every legal and innovative proposal aimed at creating a business-friendly climate, and the need for a co-governance for the good of together for a modern Albania and able to welcome as many foreign or domestic investors who have the great desire, opportunity and capital to invest in our country.

The functions of the Minister of State are a horizontal section of every competence or exercise of function of every minister of the government cabinet or of the local government, where the interests of the enterprise are affected.

As such, your role will be essential to identify those absurd and null requests that you face in every office of the state administration, with the aim of coming to your aid, where through the Minister of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship, not only a investigation of the concrete case, but also a necessary filter for the facilitation of procedures towards entrepreneurship.

For this purpose, the National Economic Council was founded as another connecting link between business and government in the creation of joint policies in the function of the economy.

The National Economic Council will continue to strengthen, and play an important role, in the creation of an institutional environment, where cooperation and public-private partnership will be guaranteed,for the development of economic policies and the guarantee of a dialogue and direct advice, with the private sector thus increasing the role of transparency in public decision-making.

Dear entrepreneur, your role and contribution to the country’s economy is indisputable, so it is our obligation to offer you a high-quality, transparent service, to strengthen as much as possible the conditions for fair competition and a decent treatment that everyone deserves. strategic partner for the country’s economy.

The fight against informality will be another strong support for honest business, and will establish the balance of competitiveness in the market and equal treatment of business.

And lastly, but not in terms of importance, I emphasize the fight against every high, middle or low official in the state administration, Who with his actions or inactions hinders entrepreneurship and business on its way, in an unfair and non-transparent way and even worse illegal.
